The capacious rooms of the bygone British era have been recreated at Hiland Sapphire. High ceilings have been constructed with flat slabs without beam support (3.75m slab to slab). As a result the effective height of room has increased to almost twelve feet as opposed to the seven feet height, prevalent in recent constructions.

The airy French windows in every apartment facilitate natural light and proper ventilation. They create the illusion of extending the verdant external landscape, indoors. As a result, the architecture appears less artificial, but more as a part of a tranquil natural setting.

The development format adopted at Hiland Sapphire is such that it allows residents to determine apartment layouts and finishes to suit their specific preferences. Apart from the conventional security measures, each apartment will be installed with a video door phone. This will be connected directly to the concierge who will be on duty on all days round-the-clock. Residents will thus be able to verify the identity of visitors from a safe distance.
